CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

In our efforts to promptly handle your order, please get in touch with us within 1 hour if you need to cancel the order or update the shipping address.

Send us an email to hello@shellbayco.com within 1 hour, so we can process your request before releasing the order. 

All refunds will be processed within 24-72 hours before the fund reflects on the customer’s bank account.

 

I ORDERED SOMETHING, BUT WANT TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

You must contact us within 1 hour after placing the order to arrange an address change. You can do this by emailing hello@shellbayco.com with your order number and ‘address change’ as the subject. 

 

MY ORDER ARRIVED, BUT I WANT TO RETURN IT.

No problem, if you change your mind.

Before returning your purchase, please contact us via email with the subject "RETURN [order-number]" at hello@shellbayco.com and we will be happy to assist with your request as soon as possible. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for Fine Art Prints as they are custom printed on demand.

All returned products will only be accepted unused, in their original condition and with all tags still attached. Please use the original shipping packaging when returning your purchase.

 

All products, except Fine Art Prints, can be returned within 14 days after delivery for a refund or an exchange in their original, unused condition. If we receive used or damaged products, we will not be able to process the refund or exchange. 

 

All returns shipping will be at your own expense, unless the item you purchased has a manufacturing defect. We recommend using a reputable courier company to return items to us, and we advise you to arrange for a tracked service. We are not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned. 

  

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

After inspecting the returned products, all refunds will be credited in the original form of payment. If you paid via credit or debit cards, refunds will be sent back to the same account/credit card within 2-5 working days of receipt of the returned items. Please contact the bank/credit card company with questions about when the credit will be available in your account. Same applies to PayPal.
